With each new Toastmasters year (Jul-Jun), St Paul's Speakers elects a Committee to perform all of the necessary functions to keep St Paul's Speakers as one of the best clubs in London!  The Club Committee is made up of six key roles (described below), plus the inclusion of the Past President from the previous year.

• Club President: overall leader
• VP Education: schedules the meetings
• VP Membership: recruits new members and retains existing members
• VP Public Relations: publicises the club and attracts potential new members
• Treasurer/Secretary: manages the club's finances, and performs administrative tasks 
• Sergeant-at-Arms: manages the physical aspects of meetings (like setting up the room)
